The service department says they are just too busy to help. "Go away, make an appointment and come back again later" is their line. Unsatisfactory on so many levels. I witnessed, through the window, an office with a seemingly adequate number of staff bustling around inside. (It took them 10 minutes to notice I was waiting) Come on, people! Are you really that busy or just LAZY? If Nissan corporate HQ was aware of what was going on at this dealership, heads would roll!!!
