My first appointment with Aspen Dental (Harrisburg, PA) was for x-ray and exam which they advertise to be free but at wasn't. The next appointment I found a different dentist, and in a 6 month period I saw 5 different dentists, some of them needed their assistants to tell them what to do. Every time I receive the explanation of benefit from my insurance they tell me the charge was too much for the service.
