I went online to add money so that my son can call home. Tried 4 times system said it didn't go transaction failed. Tried calling the number given on site to pay that way system said it failed call back in 30 minutes. Called back still failed. Well checked my bank and they all went through yet my son's account has no money and he can't call home. Called the 24/7/365 number guess what no one there. Sent an email they say to call them.
