We thought we had a 'fixable' issue with our 2 year old furnace. Turns out we were dead wrong. After two attempts and a lot of 'B.S.' technical jargon (resulting in a $139.95 'service' fee & including a water heater service we never even requested)...turned out they still could not identify exactly the solution to the problem.
