Sterling Management Systems is refusing to pay my rebates of 99.96 per for trial orders of acaioptimum and advanced colon. I was only suppose to pay the shipping and handling and after completion of the program and cancelling within 14 days my account was suppose to be credited. I have been charged 99.96 4 times now. (twice ing July-original order-and twice in AugNow they are refusing payment. I have sent in bank statements-as requested-to prove I have not recieved anything.
