I called Virgin call centre November 3rd 2009 to switch my contract from prepaid to pay as you go as i did not wish to renew the contract. It is now March 2010 and i have once again been debited with my instalment, i have called every month and have been told numerous excuses...'virgin bills a month in advance'...and in january they said ' there was a mistake and the money will be refunded', it is now march and you people owe me like 4 months of installments, i would like this money refunded immediately.
