My fiance got summons to appear to the small claims court for an aoutstanding amount due to stanley de kock. I have been in contact with Amphey, she explained thouroghly that i should contact their lawyers as the account is no longer theirs. Now when i analyse the whole thing, she confirmed not to have received any statements or letters to show his outstanding balances as apparently this letters were send to a wrong address Limpopo of which she is and has always been in North West.
