Last year when I enquired about LED TVs' I was told it was due the month after this was in November 2009, called in November 2009 told it was delayed and will be here in January 2010, called today and was told end of April 2010, yet your bill board advertising says to have them. Secondly, when you call your offices in Midrand - Gauteng it takes forever for someone to pick up the line with absolutely no eager customer ethic, it takes even longer to get transferred to Sales again your experience is short, blunt and distasteful.
