I placed an order for a "Acai Berry Maxx Free Trial Offer (1 Month Supply)" on November 9, 2008. The Shipping was for $5.95, order number 137355. I only received the order last week and then my credit card bill arrived and found 2 charges from FXSupplements, one for the $5.95 on November 9, 2008, and one for $79.95 on November 23, 2008. I emailed the company and never received an answer as to why. I then called today, November 13, 2008, and was told that I agreed upon the terms and that by checking the box that was my signature.
