I sent a complaint regarding a car accident I had over a month ago, involving and caused by a Courierit vehicle. They responsed to my 1st report and said they would get back to me ASAP. A month later and I am still waiting. I now have to pay R3546 excess on my car, over and above the thousands of rands i have spent because of the accident in medical bills, physio treatment, renting a vehicle! THAT WAS NOT MY FAULT! WHY should I have to pay the excess? I will now be contacting Radio 702 as well as Carte Blanche. I think the lack of response from Courierit is disgusting and unacceptable. read full review »
