being charged 19.98 for two months for something I DID NOT subscribe to. Customer care (Paul) wasn't helpful, his voice was way to quiet, had him repeat everything he said, when asked to speak to his supervisor, was told she was busy, asked for her phone # & WAS TOLD HE COULDN'T gIVE THAT OUT, ASKED FOR CORPORATES # & WAS TOLD THE SAME THING. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS DOESN'T GIVE OUT PHONE #'S???????? I called to have them refund the $39.96 & was told to fax copies of my bills & they would see what they could do. PEOPLE BE WARE OF MOBILE MESSENGER, they'll put charges on your cell bills that you didn, t agree to!!! read full review »
