I purchased a Swivel Chair which turned out to have a defective Base. I contacted Jennifer customer services on approximately February 11 or 12th, 2009 to have them send one of their technicians to repair it. One came approximately one week later and explained the base was stripped and could not be repaired and had to be replaced. After waiting for the appointment I'm told I have to wait ten more days for it to be repaired or replaced. This is unfair I paid them 1200.00 dollars for this furniture in cash.
