Well, my complaint is two-fold: 1) As dozens of other complaints I have read, the Redbox charging practices are at best, questionable. I have been charged $26.00 for a DVD that they claimed was never returned twice, and though they did credit my account once, I had to fight with them to do so. Also, on several occasions, I have not been able to return a movie because the machine was full or disfunctioning.
