I filled out an application for a home equity line of credit from Mountain West Bank. It was simply "applicant information", and so it said on the form. It did not require a signature, was not signed, did not ask for any commitments whatsoever relative to the line of credit. They checked some things out and then said I had been accepted for the loan, and made available their disclosures relating to their terms.
