I thought I was getting Microsoft support / technical help about file recovery. Instead it's a look alike site that says they have experts to answer the question and you won't be charged unless you accept the answer. I never selected the accept button and told the rep his answer was not worth anything. they charged me anyway. Watch out. I did dispute the charge and they say they are crediting my account.
