I requested AT&T remove all the extra services exept the package that would give me local phone service (unlimited) and Call Waiting ID for $23/month. This also removed my unlimited long distance (which had been grandfathered at $15/month). They did not do what I asked. I received a booklet saying I have long distance at 33 cents per minute which is ridiculous as they have a plan for 12 cents a minute which does not cost anything. They did not give me call waiting but gave me three way calling and call return for which charges apply. AT&T is incompetent. read full review »
