I have been unemployed for two years. I began to receive unemployment benefits from the State of Arizona in June 2009. These benefits, which were well deserved after 10 years of continuous employment with a major insurance carrier, are distributed by means of a JP Morgan Chase debit card. Today, I found that they will now charge a 25 cent fee each time I call the Customer Service number on the back of my card to check my balance.
