I bought an Entertainment Console from Bob's along with some other furniture to save on shipping. I made the huge mistake of paying in cash. At time of purchase, I told them that I needed to measure my living room to make sure that it would fit. Anyway it did not, I called them 2 days in advance to cancel the Entertainment Console, they said it was already loaded in the truck (kinda strange since it was 2 days in advance of the delivery).
