On Dec. 13 I ordered a pair of Deerstag shoes for my husband for Christmas which ended up being too tight even though I ordered the same size that he has always worn. On Jan. 3 I called to arrange a return. After 3 calls & 2 different reps, I was told that Deerstags had launched a new website on Dec. 14 (one day after my order) and that they didn't have a record of my order.
