bought 2 9910us at circuit city in aug of 2008. Did not take a warrenty out on either one. Started having problems with both. Lost network adapter on both cd would not work on both could not use sd card in either on webcam went up on one the other is starting to have same problem with web cam do not have receipt anymore hp claims that one of the computers is still under warrenty till may of this year other one is not fixed the one but will not fix other claim they will give a discount on fixing other but will not tell me how much till i send... read full review »
