I purchased a new matrass from this store. After 2 months it was damaged at the seams. I reported this and got a answer of 'we have 14 days to respond' This is unexceptable they did not wait 14 days for my money. I reported this 2 weeks ago still nobody contacted me visited me to look at the damage. I am a pensioner and do not want to sleep on this damaged matrass.
