I signed up for their 1 week trial service several months ago and canceled the same day. The only way to cancel was to send an email stating my request. Well now, 4 months and 120 dollars of charges later, I check the bank and realize they've been taking my money every month. I checked them out with BBB beforehand and they had an A+ rating but I have no idea how as I see I am not the only one with this problem. I have written them that I want a refund of all monies stolen from me and to be removed from their site at once and I still haven't heard a word from them!!! read full review »
