I purchased a Toshiba lap top from Wall Mart on 12/24/2910 it was not opened or set up online until 1/3/2011 this is when I had Charter set up a wireless router. On 1/13/2011 I took it back to wall mart because it was locking up & just had a black screen . A young lady help me at first who was very good with computers . She decide that it was no good and ask if I had installed a Norton or some type off security . I said yes it was a one time use CD for $159.99 .
