I was told 25 business for delivery or I could ask for a refund. Now after 14 days of no contact I contacted their shipping dept and was given shipping number that shows delivered to Post Office in Pakistan and never issued a number saying shipped to the USA. After two weeks of chasing the shipping dept for a status ands being told it would be delivered next week on two dates two weeks apart I asked for a refund and now am being told that I must wait for a re-shippment that will take 25 business days before I can ask for a refund.
