Today we were served with foreclosure papers. We have never missed a payment or been late on one! We received a letter in the summer saying they were going to foreclose; we called and they assured us it was all a big mistake, then today (1.15.2011) we received these papers. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with, and am hoping my attorney will sue for harrassment!
