Beware of this scam... For reasons unknown, I received a few text messages from this strange number (23687) which I immediately deleted, only to find out that my cell phone bill had an unauthorized charge of $9.99 on it. The charge was from SoLow, which is a place that I have never even heard of. I called Verizon and was told that there is nothing they can do about the charge.
