The customer service rep. told me that I would be able to get the NBA games if I upgrade from (U-300 to U-300) package after doing so I had to call the company every other day for two weeks about not being able to get the games the night before. I was always given an excuse that did not make much sense, but could not confirm because games was not played at the time.
