absolutely the worst customer service i've ever experienced. their employees are trained in one thing: upselling. you can say you get what you pay for but 42 dollars a month isn't really even worth getting treated like shit by EVERY CUST SERV REP i've experienced. I called their telephone bill payment service, which is easily the slowest automated system on the planet, which by the end of the 15 minute call, didn't even accept my credit card.
