i just received a call from er solutions and she told me that I was a liar and i needed to pay my unpaid Verizon bill. I told her I would make payment arrangements and she said I would have to pay by Friday. I told her I would not have money for a few weeks and I could postdate for a later date. she said that it was unacceptable and said I have money coming in and to get a loan. I stated I could not and she said that I was unwilling to pay and hung up on me. Very rude throughout the conversation and would not even allow me to speak to a manager. read full review »
