I was out of town when item was sent. When I returned I tried for 7 days to reach this company. Phone either was not answered most of time or busy signal. Finally reached today, 12-13-08 @1:25 PM. Lady told me that it was too late because I should have returned item after 14 days. How can any one tell if a product is working in 14 days???
