Hi, I went to pep boys @ parsippany, NJ for license plate light change.they claims they have changed the burned out bulb .and charged me around 25 dollars.next day I checked the light with a friend.he said it's not working.went back to the same pep boys to get it done again.they said they will charge me again.saw manager ;he has even worst attitude than the employees.when I checked the power line was disconnected to the light.lights is the same burnt out one!horrible state of affairs. read full review »
