ordered product in dec 2008 to be delivered in early jan 2009. was assured after going over details of internet ad that all would be the same and would be delivered on time. none of which were true. the product was not delivered untill 2/20/2009. the product had material differences from the product ordered. i went on line to check their background some more. it appears that they have a large number of complaints for these practices. do not purchase anything from their 2 stores or do so at your own risk.
