Booked a roundtrip to Mumbai from Toronto on Turkish Airlines through Orbitz. The return portion of the trip indicated a layover of obver 50 hours in Istanbul but did not explicitly state that the flight arrived on the 7th. They refused to provide any refund or hotel even though their employee confirmed something from turkish airlines. We have spent in excess of 8 hours on the phone with their customer servie centres in Manila and Fargo, however to no avail.
