I submitted a personal check for purchases at WalMart and it was denied. I was, first, surprised and then angry. There was no way the check was not good. After speaking with an echeck agent over the phone, I got even madder. There was no negative on my driver's license, so it must be my husband's. Could she speak to him...! Right!
