I recently had a buyer who lied about an item not being delivered and I knew that it was delivered because I had delivery conformation and even called the post office. The buyer went to Ebay to complain and ebay returned his money even though I had the delivery conformation number. I tried to discuss it with ebay and they did not even care about what I had to say.
