I ordered WildBlue satellite internet service about Dec 10, 2008. They shipped the dish but no modem. Didn't get the modem and complete installation until Jan 9, 2009, and only after many calls to both WildBlue and the installer. Neither would take responsibility for this problem. When I ordered service, the Fair Access Policy was explained.
