Wow! There is an endless supply of people with bad experiences with this bank. I too have had bad experiences with them. They kept calling my job, even though I notified them in writing to stop calling 15 times a day. Luckily I have a direct line. But anyone else could have easily gotten fired over this. And then there is a-hole Maria, who doesn't know her head from her ass. She's a jerk, even when I was MAKING THE PAYMENT with her.
