This shows up on my bank statement for the last couple of years, a charge of $12.99 each month. I believe this is for a credit report my son-in-law requested and it was suppose to be free! At one time there was a phone number to contact but when I called they said I couldn't cancel this charge. I need to stop this deduction and find this my be my only hope of getting something done about it. My email address is [email protected]. Please let me know how to resolve this issue.
