Once you do the yearly contract then they sink their teeth in you and and they donot tell you they are going to stick it in you after the year is up.I had the same problem with dish network I would negociate a new price on their service and then when I got the bill it was always wrong (always higher)not lower and I would have to call in and be deal with un professionly customer service people who do not want to get the bill wright.
