This was the third time we went for food. Again, the customer service was horrible, long wait. Finally, we decided to go drive-thru with our receipts to claim our food. Not only are they always short staffed, the professionalism is lacking. Employees can't seem to communicate in English, and if they do, they call us "Yeah, man", or throw hands up "C'mon man!"
