My son has been unable to call me. I have put money into my account both on 1-7 and 1-12. I also have called 10 x's in the past week and was told I was put in que and would get a return call, which I did not. I would really appreciate some customer service here so I can find out what the problem is. Unfortunately, I believe that you feed off of people's desperation to speak to their loved ones who are incarcerated so you feel it doesn't matter wheter or not your service is good.
