I got a Walmart Money Card so that I could replace my previous prepaid debit card. It does have the lowest fees I've been able to find because I use the direct deposit from my work to avoid check cashing fees. I've only got a small monthly fee to pay and never have to worry about overdrafts. The problem is that it's nearly impossible to get a check cashed or deposited into the thing.
