I had a charge on my credit card on 1/11/2011 of $35.81 for something I did not purchase, try, or use. Nothing was ordered nor was anything received. This is a total scam operation. I have seen that there are a number of other complaints about the same company for the same amount or in some cases even more. Google kmassist.com and see what you get. read full review »
