I ordered a product and paid online on Dec. 8, 2010, and was told it would arrive in time for Christmas. I never received the product and soon after the holiday, got an email saying they were "behind on orders." After many of these emails, it's been nearly 2 months and the product has still not arrived. There is no contact phone # on their website, only a fax #. I have sent several emails and a fax and no one is responding to me. This company is not legit or reliable by any means.
