I literally handed employees in Houston my financial documents to do a loan modification in June 2008. They claimed they lost the paper work so eventually I went on BBB (Better Business Bureau)website and was able to get the e-mail address of the VP of Litton and contact her. She forwarded my information to someone who works in the executive resolution department. I had to FAX paperwork to him for them to receive it.
