We filed for the making home affordable in Sept of 2010. We faxed all paperwork to Ocwens number and were told to a couple of days later to send in the Frank dodd certification. Somehow they did not receive it despit the e-mail and fax confmations, so we resent. Then we get another letter stating our paperwork was too old. We resubmitted everything, but they did not receve it, yet again, though we have proof it was submitted.
