I made three purchases in November and December 2010 from myshape.com and needed to return them. These purchases were made and returned long BEFORE the clearance sale which did state that no returns would be accepted. Myshape.com gave me preprinted return labels and accepted the returned merchandise three separate times but failed to send me a refund. I have been calling and emailing the company for a week now.
