Fraud, slamming, and overcharging. 69.80 at the end of the order becomes 84.70 on your card. You do not get duplicate pans just one set. You get charged 9.95 for cook books you did not order. You get charged the 5.95 for Canada and non contiguous US even though you are in Cali. Your only point of contact is a cheesy Phillapine call center with an attitude.
