Hi there. Ive asked for and adsl line to be installed on the 11th of January 2010. I was told by a telkom represantative that the maximum waiting period will be 3 weeks. I did email the person that promised me 3 weeks. I got a reply from that person that they will get back to me. They never got back to me to date. Ive sent numerous email to that person and still no reply. So i called the call centre on numerous occasions, always got the same answer.
