An instruction was given to refuel my vehicle with diesel. The attendant refuelled my vehicle with undeaded petrol. He did not notify my of the at the time. He processed the transacion as filling with diesel @ 15:59. He then, without telling me, let me drive off. He then proceeded to perform a manual transaction to correct the first @ 16:01. After driving +- 100m my vehicle came to stop. Only then did the attendant and his supervisor tell me about the incorrect fuel.
